1. Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions govern use of the website www.gdi.live and the services offered through it, including the conversational assistant. Accessing and using the website implies acceptance of these Terms. Users who do not agree must refrain from using it. GDI may amend these Terms, and the version published at the relevant time will apply.
2. Services offered through the website
The website provides corporate and commercial information about GDI’s services, a contact form to request information or a diagnostic session, and an artificial intelligence conversational assistant. The website does not sell products or services online; all engagements are formalised through specific proposals and contracts signed by GDI and the customer.
3. Terms of use of the artificial intelligence assistant
- Users acknowledge that they are interacting with an artificial intelligence system and not with a human being, in accordance with Article 50(1) of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689.
- The assistant’s responses are generated automatically, are intended for information and guidance, may be incomplete or incorrect, and do not constitute professional advice or a binding contractual offer from GDI.
- The assistant does not make automated decisions that produce legal effects concerning users. Any commercial proposal or commitment is issued by a member of the GDI team.
- Users must not enter special categories of personal data, third parties’ data without their consent, credentials, payment details or confidential information, or use the assistant to generate content that is unlawful, harmful or contrary to these Terms.
- GDI may suspend or restrict access to the assistant in the event of abusive or automated use or use contrary to these Terms, as well as for technical or security reasons.
- Use of the assistant is restricted to people over fourteen (14) years of age.
- Users may request assistance from a member of the GDI team at any time through the contact form or by emailing info@gdi.live.
4. Intellectual property
Section 3 of the Legal Notice applies. Responses generated by the assistant are provided for users’ personal and internal use in evaluating GDI’s services. This does not transfer any rights in GDI’s methodologies, content or materials referred to in those responses.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GDI will not be liable for indirect loss, loss of profit or loss of opportunity arising from use of the website or assistant, or for decisions users make based exclusively on information obtained through them. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Data protection
Processing of users’ personal data is governed by the website’s Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Spanish law, and disputes are subject to the courts of the place where the website owner is domiciled, unless a different mandatory jurisdiction applies under consumer protection law.
